1. Who you are contracting with

Show Trekker (the “Service”) is operated by GK Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, trading as “Show Trekker” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you enter into an agreement with GK Consulting LLC. You can reach us at support@showtrekker.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account on, or subscribing to the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. Continued use after we publish an updated version constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction and, where you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. What the Service does

Show Trekker helps you discover live-music events and plan trips around them. It shows estimated all-in trip costs combining ticket, flight and hotel estimates, and links out to third-party ticketing and travel providers. Some outbound links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you.

Estimates are not quotes. Prices, availability, set times, venues and line-ups are supplied by third parties and change constantly. Always confirm the final price and details with the ticketing, airline or hotel provider before you book. We are not the seller of tickets, flights or accommodation and we are not a party to any booking you make with a third party.

4. Your account

Accounts are created via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
• engage in fraud, spam, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing or penetration-testing our systems, or bypassing rate limits or authentication;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download content, data or images from the Service except as permitted by our robots.txt;
• reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its data, or circumvent technical limits including free-plan usage limits.

6. Intellectual property and licence

GK Consulting LLC retains all right, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design, branding, editorial content, recommendations and compiled data. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your personal trip-planning purposes within the plan you have selected.

Artist, venue and event artwork and metadata are supplied by third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners. Trips, notes and other content you create remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service (including generating share links and previews you request).

7. Subscriptions, payment and billing

Show Trekker Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly and renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features, data sources and pricing may change, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may export your saved trips beforehand, and we will delete or anonymise your data in line with our Privacy Notice.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or costs of missed events, travel or accommodation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GK Consulting LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
